How We Support

Once a client has been admitted into Cumbria Gateway, an allocated Support Worker assesses the clients support needs and a person centred, individual support plan is then created.

 

We now provide support in 15 different areas, support is altered and adapted to suit an individual clients needs.

 

Support is provided to the client from the day of their admission, until their last day with Cumbria Gateway.

 

Clients are expected to attend set appointments throughout the week and work through their agreed plan/goals with their allocated Support Worker.

 

Support sessions are held in our Main Office on Warwick Road.

 

Appointments are made between the hours of Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 17.00.
